Stone Etching & Memorials

Weclome to my Stone etching and Memorial blog

Many people that I have spoken to about etching stone think only of memorials for the dead but it can also be used to commemorate happy occasions and for unique and stunning signage. You can use stone etching for awards and for purely decorative purposes.
Adding colour fills to the etchings can add an extra dimension to the project. You dont have to stick to the single colour gold or silver fills either. I have now done multi stage carving and multi colour fills in stone , metal and glass. Please enjoy the following gallery

Gifts and Personalisation

This year when you are thinking about gifts for those that you love, think outside the box. One of the best ways to let your friends and family know that you are truly thinking about them , not crossing names off gift lists, is to get them a personalised gift. These can be mundane items that have had a relavent picture or saying etched or engraved on it , such as a wine glass that says Mother's Little Helper, or something of great value that they desire , embellished in a personal way.

A few gift ideas
